The Supervisory Board of ITM AG consists of Udo J. Vetter (Chairman), Dr. Hellmut Kirchner (Vice Chairman) and Stefan Sanktjohanser.

 

Udo J. Vetter (Chairman)

Chairman of the Supervisory Board, is a US-trained pharmacist by profession and has joined the board of ITM AG in March 2006. He has served as Managing Director of leading pharmaceutical companies throughout his entrepreneurial career and represents UV-Cap GmbH & Co KG, the biggest single investor in ITM AG. Udo Vetter serves as chairman and member of the supervisory and advisory boards of several innovative companies and institutions and is a member of the International Leadership Forum of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). Udo Vetter has succeeded the co-founder of ITM AG, Dr.Maurits Geerlings, in the position of chairman of the board in march 2007.

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, has already pioneered radio-immunotherapy well before his retirement as a member of the managing board of AKZO Nobel B.V., where he was responsible for AKZOs Global Research and Development. Upon his retirement, he was given license to the alpha-immuno-therapy patents, which he had authored and filed for while still at AKZO and proceeded with the feasibility studies and development of the technology in the early 90s. It was in large part due to Maurits Geerlings’ initiatives over the last 20 years, which brought together the ITM team as it appears today. He certainly is one of the foremost experts with regard to the development and application of targeted radioisotope therapies and diagnostics.

 

Stefan Sanktjohanser

Member of the Supervisory Board, became Managing Director of Goetzpartners in 1996. Prior to joining Goetzpartners, Mr. Sanktjohanser was Vice President and Partner at Bain & Company, a worldwide leading strategy consulting firm, responsible for its German telecom practice. He advised US and Asian multinationals on entry strategies into Europe as well as into Germany. He has also been involved in M&A and transaction work in various countries. As practice head of Bain & Company's German telecom practice, he was an active member of Bain's worldwide telecommunications group. Mr. Sanktjohanser studied mechanical engineering focusing on automated manufacturing technologies, especially robotics. He obtained his master's degree at the Technical University of Munich. In 1987 he subsequently earned his MBA at Clark University as a rotary scholar. In his MBA program he majored in corporate finance and marketing.
